3 in a Row: CD Wealth Management Named Once Again to Dallas Business Journal’s Best Places To Work
Dallas (Aug. 27, 2024) — CD Wealth Management is proud to announce that it has been named as a winner in the Dallas Business Journal’s Best Places to Work for the third consecutive year.
In all, the list named 103 companies in five size categories based on employee scores among their peers in a survey conducted by Quantum Workplace. CD Wealth Management is recognized in the Micro category, comprising businesses with 10-24 employees.
Rankings are based on confidential surveys of employees about topics that include team dynamics, trust in leadership and communication.
The Dallas Business Journal also has named CD Wealth Management in its list of the Top 25 Wealth Management Firms the last two years.
“It’s truly gratifying to be honored for our company’s culture,” said Scott Cohen, CD Wealth Management’s founder and CEO. “We are intentional about creating an environment of mutual respect and open communication, and we take pride in how we help one another grow.
“It’s part of a virtuous cycle: The better we treat one another, the more we are able to provide excellent service to our clients.”
More than 13,000 employees of North Texas companies responded to the survey, and the list of winners was whittled down from hundreds of nominated companies. Winners will be recognized and rankings among the categories will be revealed at an event Oct. 29 at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas.
